Mentorship Program

We heard you loud and clear! Having a mentor and/or a sponsor is an important step in your career. SVSG would like to offer you the opportunity to build strong, longstanding professional relationships.  Mentors and mentees have the responsibility of working together towards and agreeing to specific objectives. 

However, we believe that it is important that this work is initiated and driven by YOU.

We have put together resources and short guides for mentees and mentors that you can use to start your journey.

You can email emily@svsecuritygroup.com, fill out a form and wait until we can match you with available mentors and mentees. We will release mentor/mentee pairings on a quarterly basis. If you are not placed in the upcoming cohort, you will be placed on the waitlist and prioritized for the next quarter.

You should have a plan. We recommend that you think about and document your career aspirations before you start working with a mentor.

Yes! We have developed a template step-by-step guide to help mentors and mentees with this program. 

We leave all the details up to you. However, we do recommend at least 6 months to ensure the program is
